Two years earlier, before covid, that figure was only 29%. O The market for online learning, or e-learning, is constantly growing and, according to Global Marketing Insights, is expected to double by 2027, to $ 500 billion, from operations.

The market already has special education solutions in the pipeline. Edtechs, an initiative that uses technology to create a variety of educational solutions, has grown 26% in two years, according to the Centro de Inovação para a Educação Brasileira and the Associação Brasileira de Startups do Brasil. Of the 20 national startups that are gaining the most resources or gaining reputation, one is already specialized in this field.

A digital world where it is already possible to reach higher levels of immersion and communication, with fast internet and growing reality. such as Estadão revealed this month, Metaverse is back on the radar after Mark Zuckerberg, owner of Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram, mentioned the names of the companies holding Meta and said it was his next gamble. unify the trend

For many, the metaverse will help with the application of the ESG concept. NRF Retail’s Big Show 2022, the world’s largest retail event, put those two terms at the beginning of the year at the center of the future.

Bill Gates, the historic founder of Microsoft, believes that in a few years all employment and professional training meetings will be in the metaverse. If that happens, only the value of inaction will bring benefits both to the environment and to society and management.

Even before that happens, it is already possible to prepare for free in collaboration with so-called ESG pillars. One way to raise awareness of the topic is to participate in free and fast-track education that provides a little insight into the day-to-day activities of those working in environmental, social and managerial practices (see below).
